Each agency on scout. has their own separate data environment. Your candidate records, DBS documents, SCR entries, and Right to Work files are never mixed with another agency's data.
UK data only
All data is stored and processed in the UK, in line with UK GDPR. Your candidate data never leaves the country.
Ofsted-ready audit trail
Every action scout. takes is logged with a timestamp. If Ofsted asks for a record of your compliance activity, it is all there, exportable in minutes.
You own your data
You can export everything at any time. If you ever leave scout., your data comes with you. No lock-in.
Data Processing Agreement
A DPA is available on request. If your school or trust requires one before working with you, we can provide it.
